Conversion of the top floor of a three storey family villa into a loft with independent access and kitchen. The independent access is solved through a metal terrace and spiral staircase. The structure is reduced to a minimum and gives the impression that it carries itself on one pillar. Visually, the illusion of lightweight is given by playing with different metal meshes in order to produce transparency. Inside, the kitchen and integrated shelves use the niches and slanted roof to maximise on space.
